ACSI FaiTango Card
The event is reserved for ACSI FaiTango members with a valid membership card at the time of the event (April 9-12, 2026).
If you would like to participate in the festival and do not have a membership card, you can sign up with us, Art & Tango asd, by filling out the form on the website Art & Tango
Booking steps
Here are the steps to register for Èpico Tango Fest.
- Registration request.
Performed via form on the website. - Receipt of request, review by the secretariat, and response sent.
If the requested item is available, you will receive instructions for payment by email.. - Payment and registration confirmation.
Once payment has been made and verified, the secretariat will notify you of your successful registration for Èpico Tango Fest.
1. Registration request.
Once you have identified the package, lessons, and/or milongas that interest you, proceed with your registration request by filling out the form in its entirety and sending it to the organization.
Please be sure to indicate any special needs or requests in the notes section.
2. Receipt of request, review by the secretariat, and response sent.
Once you have sent your registration request, indicating the workshops and/or milongas you wish to attend, our office will process your request and contact you to review and confirm/modify your booking.
Only after receiving specific payment instructions by email from the organization will it be possible to proceed with payment.
3. Payment and registration confirmation
Nella mail di conferma a procedere, ti verranno comunicati gli estremi per il pagamento e la scadenza per attuarlo.
In via generale, dovrai versare un acconto pari al 70% dell’importo totale entro 5 giorni dalla ricezione della mail di conferma da parte dell’organizzazione.

Payment can be made via:
- Bank transfer
- Remote POS
- Cash
Registration will only be effective once payment has been made and will be confirmed by the secretariat via email.
Cancellation and refunds
Payment is made in two steps:
- Payment of a deposit equal to 70% of the total amount within 5 days of receiving the confirmation email from the organization.
- Payment of the 30% balance by bank transfer by February 28, 2026, or directly on site during the event in cash.
You may withdraw by 28/02/2026 with a €30 administrative fee.
After this date, no refunds will be given.
Astor Piazzolla
Terms, conditions, cancellation, and refunds for the purchase of a single ticket to the show
Tickets for the Astor Piazzolla show can be purchased individually at a price of €15 per person.
Payment must be made in a single installment at the time of booking, as soon as the office acknowledges the booking request.
Tickets are refundable until 28/02/2026, by contacting the Èpico Tango Fest office. After this date, refunds will not be possible, but tickets may be transferred to another spectator by notifying the office.

Priority will be given to requests to participate as a couple.
To facilitate booking, you can use the Facebook social media channel via the group “Èpico Tango Fest – CERCA PARTNER” to find a partner with whom to register for the workshops.
